Our Story

Hi, I'm Catherine

I'm 52, happily married, mum to three grown-up children and a brand-new granny.

At 24, just after my second son was born, the migraines started. Until then, I'd never had so much as a headache. It took six years to get a diagnosis: Sporadic Hemiplegic Migraine, a rare condition that has shaped my life ever since, alongside other health challenges along the way.

Through it all, I kept working and raising my family. But in 2023, after 30 years in retail, my body told me it was time to leave my role as Retail Manager.

Some people would have stepped back. I'm just not built that way. With the encouragement of my amazing family, and especially my hubby, who convinced me the time was right, MyComfort® was born.

It took 18 months to design, source and build it exactly the way I wanted. Every piece reflects the high standards I held for 30 years in retail, combined with the soft, supportive comfort I've needed in my own life.
