One mask, two ways to rest

Cool

with the Cool & Calming insert

How to use

  1. Your mask arrives with the Cool & Calming insert already inside. Remove the insert and place it in the freezer. For hygiene, keep it in a food storage container or wrap it in tin foil.
  2. Slip the chilled insert into the mask and relax. It's at its coldest straight from the freezer. This insert is for the freezer only.
  3. Prefer a classic sleep mask? Simply remove the insert.
Catherine's tip “I find it's extra cold when wrapped in tin foil. On my migraine days, that cold feels so soothing around my eyes.”

! Never microwave or heat the Cool & Calming insert.

! Do not machine wash with the insert inside.

Calm

with the Aromatherapy insert

How to use

  1. Your mask arrives with the Aromatherapy insert already inside, filled with 100% dried lavender. Check for stems before each use.
  2. For warmth, heat the mask with the Aromatherapy insert only in the microwave for up to 90 seconds. Place a cup of water in the microwave beside it to help release the lavender scent.
  3. Always check the temperature before placing it over your eyes, and take care when removing the hot cup of water.
  4. Enjoy it unheated as a weighted mask too, or remove the insert to use it as a classic eye mask.
Catherine's tip “A little warmth, gentle weight and the scent of lavender. It's my favourite way to switch off at the end of the day.”

! Do not machine wash with the insert inside.

Easy care: remove the insert, then machine wash the mask at up to 40°C. Most silk masks are hand-wash or dry-clean only.
