Unlike other eye masks, our Multiway and Sleepwell masks can be washed at temperatures up to 40 degrees, ensuring both hygiene and durability. The Cool & Calming Insert is filled with weighted micro glass beads to provide deep pressure stimulation, mimicking the comforting effects of a hug. When frozen, it delivers cold compression therapy, helping to reduce inflammation and soothe constricted blood vessels during migraines.We recommend storing the insert in your mask to maintain hygiene and ensure it’s readily available, using the reusable pouch provided. The cool and calming insert is handmade from sustainable muslin. For this reason, we suggest keeping it in the Multiway to maintain hygiene, minimize handling of the product, and keep it easily accessible when needed.
The Lavender Aromatherapy Insert releases a calming scent that helps reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve sleep quality.We use 40g of 100% lavender , if you feel after a lot of uses, a drop of lavender oil will regenerate it’s scent.regenerate It’s an excellent addition to your bedtime or mindfulness routine, particularly for migraine sufferers. Our founder suggests to put a glass with water in the microwave, pop in the insert in the mask and heat it between 30 seconds and 60 seconds. Please allow it to sit for a minute and test it prior to putting on your eyes. 👀
