MyComfort® 60-Night Sleep Trial & Returns Policy

MyComfort® offers a 60-Night Sleep Trial on eye masks bought directly from mycomfort.ie. The trial is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, and does not affect them.

1. The 60-Night Sleep Trial

1. Overview

We are so confident in the quality and effectiveness of our masks that we offer a 60-Night Sleep Trial.

2. Trial Period

2.1 The trial period starts on the date your order is delivered and ends 60 nights later. 2.2 We ask you to use your mask for at least 14 nights before deciding. This gives your body time to get used to total darkness and gentle pressure.

3. How to request a refund

3.1 If you’re not fully satisfied with your mask, email us at care@mycomfort.ie within the 60-night trial period with your order number and the reason for your return.
3.2 We’ll reply with return instructions. The mask must be sent back within 14 days of our reply

4. Eligibility and conditions

4.1 The trial applies to one eye mask per customer.
4.2 The mask must be returned in its original packaging with all inserts included.
4.3 The trial covers only purchases made directly from mycomfort.ie. It does not cover purchases from other retailers or stockists,Trade shows, gift cards, or items bought in a promotional bundle unless we state otherwise.
4.4 We may refuse a refund if the mask has been damaged through misuse, has been altered, or is returned with parts missing.

5.Return postage

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

6.Refunds

6.1 Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund the full purchase price of the mask to your original payment method within 14 days. 6.2 Standard delivery on your original order was free, so there are no delivery charges to refund.

7. Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, returned masks are not resold

8. Your statutory rights

This trial does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.

9. Changes to the trial

MyComfort® may change or withdraw the 60-Night Sleep Trial at any time. Any change will not affect orders placed before it takes effect.
