At MyComfort, we’re committed to sustainability and ensuring your satisfaction. Our Eco-Conscious Refund Policy is designed to minimise our environmental impact while providing excellent service.
Click & Post returns available through An Post : Cost €4.95 drop off or €6 Collection
Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
Returns must be in perfect condition, unused products only, with proof of purchase.
If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact our Customer Care Team at care@mycomfort.ie
Return Process:
Securely wrap your package and retain proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Products bought as a set must be returned as a complete set.
As a brand, we respect your business and comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2022. In return, we ask that you respect our returns process. When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return is processed, your refund or exchange will be completed within 14 working days. We will notify you via email once this has been processed.
