1. Material Integrity & Certifications
We meticulously source premium, sustainable materials that are tested for safety and skin contact:
- Outer Fabric: Our masks use ECONYL® regenerated nylon (78% Polyamide, 22% Elastane) sourced from Italy. This fabric is breathable, hyper-resistant, and gentle on the skin.+1
- Elastic Comfort: Our elastics are crafted in Austria from 50% Organic Cotton and 50% Natural Rubber.+1
- Safety Standards: Our materials are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified (Certificate: 21CX00200 / 21CX00201), ensuring they are free from harmful substances.
- We also work with Bluesign® approved suppliers to maintain a holistic approach to people and planet safety.+1
2. Manufacturing & Traceability
- Design & Origin: All MyComfort® products are Irish-designed and ethically manufactured in Poland.
- Traceability: Every product belongs to a specific production batch. You can find your unique batch number (Format:
MYC-XXXX-IE-YYYYMM) on the physical packaging or the product care label. This allows us to monitor quality control throughout our supply chain.
3. Safe Usage Guidelines
To ensure the longevity of your product and your personal safety, please follow our care instructions:
- Washing: The outer Multiway and Sleepwell eye masks are machine washable at 40°C.+1
- Inserts: Weighted inserts should be used as directed (heated or cooled) and inspected regularly for wear.
