At MyComfort, we believe relief shouldn’t be a risk. We want you to experience the life-changing benefits of our products in the comfort of your own home.
1. The 60-Night Sleep Trial
We are so confident in the quality and effectiveness of our masks that we offer a 60-Night Sleep Trial.
- How it works: Use your MyComfort mask for at least 14 nights to allow your body to adjust to the blackout and pressure therapy. If after 60 nights you aren’t 100% satisfied with your sleep or migraine relief, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Eligibility: This trial applies to one eye mask per customer. The product must be returned in its original storage bag with all inserts included.
2. Standard Returns (Unused Items)
For all other items (or if you change your mind before using the product), we offer a 28-day return window.
- Items must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. How to Start Your Return
We’ve partnered with An Post to make returns as simple as possible.
- Option A: Drop off at any An Post office (€4.95).
- Option B: Have An Post collect from your door (€6.00).
- To begin: Please email our care team at care@mycomfort.ie with your order number, and we will provide you with the Return Portal link.

As a brand dedicated to the ocean and our planet, we encourage you to reuse the original shipping box or any sustainable packaging for your return.

5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received at our Portlaoise workshop, it will be inspected. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.
